The terms and conditions of sale below are applicable as of June 1, 2013, for an indefinite period. Nevertheless, the Hotel reserves the right to modify them without prior notice. Only the conditions in force during the client’s actual stay are contractual and form an integral part of the Sales contract. Any client wishing to stay at the Hotel shall be subject to the said conditions and is required to comply with them without qualification or reservation.

RESERVATIONS
A credit card number is required to confirm all bookings. A pre-authorization will be performed on your card prior to your arrival. In the event of an authorization refusal by the credit card center, or in the case of an invalid card, the hotel reserves the right to cancel your reservation without prior notice.
Please note that the holder of the credit card used for the booking must be the person staying at the establishment.
You must present yourself at the hotel with the credit card used to guarantee the reservation or to make the prepayment.
No reservation is considered final until a written confirmation has been received from our reservation department.

CANCELLATION
Please refer to the conditions mentioned in your booking, as these are inherent to the rate selected (flexible rate, non-refundable, etc.).
The Hotel reserves the right to apply specific cancellation policies for reservations of more than 4 rooms.

ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE
Rooms are made available to the client from 3:00 PM (on the day of arrival). Rooms must be vacated by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
Any occupancy exceeding these time slots may result in the billing of an additional night. Guests staying in the rooms must, at all times within the hotel, conduct themselves in a manner consistent with the rules of politeness, respect, and decency, and generally behave in a way that preserves the peace and quiet of all guests. Rooms may be inspected before check-out. In the event of any damage found, penalties payable immediately to cover cleaning or replacement costs may be charged to the client during check-out.

BILLING / RATES / PAYMENT
Rates vary according to the time and date of the booking. Payment for the stay must be made at the time of check-in. Stays exceeding one week may be subject to weekly billing.
The hotel accepts cash payments in the legal tender of France (Euro), Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and Holiday Vouchers (ANCV and its related terms and conditions).
The hotel does not accept any payment by bank check.
All our rates are inclusive of VAT (TTC), are net of any commission, and are expressed exclusively in euros.
They are calculated based on the VAT rates in force at the time the offer is made and are therefore subject to adjustment without prior notice in the event of any modification regarding VAT.
The tourist tax, collected on behalf of the municipalities, is not included in our rates. It is charged per person, per night, for guests aged 18 and over.
Only the services explicitly mentioned in the booking confirmation are guaranteed.

Management reserves the right to refuse accommodation to any person not listed on the booking confirmation.
If the number of persons occupying the room(s) does not match the number of persons booked:
1/ The establishment may require the client to pay additional fees (extra bed, additional room, etc.).
In the event of the client’s refusal to pay the supplement incurred by the person(s) in addition to the initial reservation, Management reserves the right to refuse accommodation to any person not listed on the booking confirmation.

2/ If the hotel’s availability does not allow for the accommodation of additional guests, and the client wishes to cancel their entire stay, the hotel reserves the right to charge the full amount of the first night of the stay for each cancelled room as a penalty.
Management reserves the right to refuse accommodation to individuals who have not reached the age of majority, unless accompanied by an adult. Proof of age may be required upon arrival.
In accordance with Article L. 121-21 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the client is reminded that they do not have a right of withdrawal. The Terms and Conditions of the booked rate specify the procedures for cancelling and/or modifying the reservation.

After contacting the hotel’s customer service department, and in the absence of a satisfactory response within 15 days, the client may refer the matter to the Tourism and Travel Ombudsman, whose contact details are provided below:
